EVENT SPACE RESERVATIONS

Thank you for considering Point Break Arcade as the potential spot to celebrate

your upcoming event! Pricing for renting our Event Space is as follows:

● Weekdays (Mon., Weds., Thurs., & Sun.) -

○ $175 for the first hour

○ $100 for each additional hour in the space

○ $10 wristbands for each party guest wanting to play

● Holidays and Weekends (Fri. & Sat.) -

○ $275 for the first hour

○ $100 for each additional hour

○ $10 wristbands for each party guest wanting to play

**A non-refundable $100 deposit must be paid no later than 24 hours

before the event. This deposit may be paid with cash or check ONLY.

Credit/Debit cards are not accepted for this transaction. The deposit will be

included in the final price of the event.**

When renting the space you can bring food, drinks, and decorations. However,

these items must stay inside the Event Space at all times. Candy, snacks, and

outside food/drinks are not allowed on the arcade floor.

Before reserving, please read and understand the following:

● Party hosts will be allowed up to 15 minutes before start time to set up the

room. Once the event is finished, 15 minutes will be allotted for clean-up. If the

time in the Event Space exceeds the 15 minute mark, an additional hour will be

charged to the final price.

● Decorations can not damage walls, floors, tables, windows, or chairs. Party

poppers, confetti cannons, silly string, or other loud, damaging items are not

allowed. Any damage caused by nails, duct tape, paint, etc. may incur additional

charges. The decor MUST be family-appropriate. Any obscene images, music, or

wording will be removed and the party may be asked to leave the arcade without

a refund.

● Children 15 and under must have a chaperone in the arcade at all times.

One adult chaperone per 3 children is required.

● There will be no running, hide-n-seek, or horseplay in the arcade. Party

members who break this rule may be asked to leave.

● No outside food or drinks will be permitted on the arcade floor. All party items

must stay in the Event Space.

● Parties that have NOT reserved the Event Space will not be allowed to bring in

cake, treats, decor, or other party items. Guests who bring these items in may be

asked to leave the arcade.

● We do not offer storage or locker options and will not be responsible for lost,

damaged, or stolen items.

Upon agreeing, ask to tour our space to ensure it will be the perfect spot for you.
